Tough Minds
12 week personal development programme aimed at young men aged 13-19 who would benefit from issue-based group sessions, or support around their mental health and emotional well-being. The programme is broken down into 12 sessions focusing on personal development, mental health awareness and campaigning, and training and development. Throughout the programme there will be sessions on physical fitness to encourage the group to become more active and participants will have free access to the onsite gym after the session.
Session Times: Wednesday’s – 6.15pm-7.45pm

Pretty Tough
12 week personal development programme aimed at young females aged 13-17 who would benefit from issue-based group sessions. Topics may include mental health and emotional well-being, risky behaviours, alcohol and substance misuse, keeping safe and positive relationships. The aim of the sessions is to help young women with their personal & social development and to increase confidence and self-esteem whilst introducing emotional intelligence and taking care of their mental health
