WYC Services Update – December 2020

Following the recent government announcement, and following consultation with the National Youth Agency, we are pleased to announce the following changes to our services which will begin coming into effect from Wednesday 2nd December:
  • The Junction Gym will be reopening from Wednesday 2nd December. We will be open six days per week again with our open access, juniors and buddy up gym sessions now available to book online! 
  • Juniors Youth Club will be available to book online againWe will be operating our ‘invite only’ service for this coming Wednesday but sessions can now be booked for Wednesday 9th December onwards. We are now able to work with two bubbles of 15 young people for each evening meaning 30 places will be bookable. Please contact Lisa Culverhouse for more information or click here to book online.
  • Seniors Youth Club is also available for online bookings! The sessions will continue to run for three hours (6-9pm) with a maximum of 15 members per bubble (two separate bubbles for each evening). Please book online through the usual method or contact Martin Hill for additional information.
  • Targeted Programmes such as Buddy Up, Mentoring, Wellbeing Drop Ins, Development Groups and Film Club will all continue with a couple of exceptions. Please speak to the relevant WYC staff member for further details on how your project might be running.
