WYC’s Junction Gym have pledged to cycle 110km, and match the distance of the Big Vimto Charity Cycle.
Gym members will aim to collectively cycle the distance (almost 70 miles) in just one week, with the goal of reaching their target by Sunday 16th September, the day of the big bike ride.
The event comes only a few weeks after Gareth Boyd’s 212 mile run was reached by gym members, who enjoyed one free entry to the facility as a reward for completing the distance, and it is hoped that this new challenge will help to get more young people in Warrington active, as well as to support the incredible effort of the Vimto bike riders, who are aiming to raise much needed funds for WYC.

Joining the Junction Gym costs only 50p per visit and is open to members aged 7-19 (or up to 25 with additional needs), find out more or book an induction today.
