The WYC’s Pretty Tough programme were invited to an evening event on Wednesday 23rd October organised by Jacqueline Hughes–Lundy from the Inspiring Women Campaign and was hosted by Alison Loveday from Kennedy’s Law Firm in Manchester City Centre.
Along with the young girls from the Pretty Tough project, the event was also attended by inspirational women from across the North West.
Tom Peers, WYC Personal Development Project Coordinator commented “The evening was a huge success, it enabled those present to have an insight into the work we do on the Pretty Tough Project.
“During the evening several activities and games were played, including Human Bingo and creating Dreamcatchers. This enabled both parties to learn some interesting facts about each other based on their future aspirations and hobbies.
“A huge thank you to all of the Inspirational women in attendance, who very kindly give up their evening to attend this incredible event.”
